Join Me on the 21 Day Sugar Detox Starting January 1, 2013
I’ve been Paleo since this summer, changing, modifying bit by bit. I’m pretty happy with my current Paleo plan but like many, have felt a little too much sugar (even if it IS paleo sugar) creep back into my diet over the holidays. (Can you say paleo coffee cake for Christmas morning?) So, I am joining lots of other folks and doing the 21 Day Sugar Detox.
You don’t have to be Paleo to do the 21 Day Sugar Detox and there are modifications for vegetarians, vegans, athletes, and pregnant and nursing mothers.
It’s just a great way to start the year eating clean and getting the sugar monster off your back. I’ll be posting local shopping and eating out tips, tried and true 21 Day Detox Recipes, and my daily menu.
