Friday Night Fish Fry Paleo Style
One of the wonderful things about living here on Hilton Head Island is the access to wild caught seafood. The fishing member of the household at chez lcp spent Friday afternoon at the lagoon at Fish Haul Creek and came home with this 23″ spot tail bass (redfish).
I dusted the fillets with Tony C’s and pan fried them in some ghee. I put some cubed butternut squash in the oven to roasted before the filleting process began. Nothing fancy – just tossed in melted ghee and coconut oil and sprinkled with pink Himalayan sea salt.
